Docstring:
Usage: qiime demux tabulate-read-counts [OPTIONS] Generate a per-sample count of sequence reads. Inputs: --i-sequences ARTIFACTS... List[SampleData[SequencesWithQuality | PairedEndSequencesWithQuality | JoinedSequencesWithQuality]] One or more collections of demultiplexed sequences. [required] Outputs: --o-counts ARTIFACT ImmutableMetadata [required] Miscellaneous: --output-dir PATH Output unspecified results to a directory --verbose / --quiet Display verbose output to stdout and/or stderr during execution of this action.
