Usage: qiime feature-table summarize [OPTIONS]
Generate visual and tabular summaries of a feature table.
Inputs:
--i-table ARTIFACT FeatureTable[Frequency | RelativeFrequency |
PresenceAbsence] The feature table to be summarized. [required]
Parameters:
--m-sample-metadata-file METADATA...
(multiple The sample metadata.
